ಬಂದ್!

ಬಂದ್'ಎಂದು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಬಸ್ಸೊಂದೂ ಅಂದು.
ಕೊನೆಗಲ್ಲಿ ಬಂದಿದ್ದು ಎತ್ತಿನಗಾಡಿ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು..
ಬಂದ್'ಆದ ಕಾರಣ ತಿಳಿಯಿತೆನಗೆ ಇಂದು..
"ಬಿಳಿಗೋಡೆ  ಬೇಕೆಂದು, ಭವಗಂತನ ಗುಡಿ ಬೇಕೆಂದು ಜನ ಬಡಿದಾಡಿದರಿಂದ " ಎಂದು..
ನಾಕೆಳುವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು: "ಬಾಳುವ ನಾಲ್ಕು ದಿನ ಬಡಿದಾಟವಿದೇಕೆಂದು?"

ಬದುಕು ಹಿತವಲ್ಲವೆ ನಾವು ಬಂಧುಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಎಂದೆಂದೂ.

Been A While

It has been a while since I showed up here pondering. Although a lot of things have been going on with me that kept me busy, I hate being unable to at least scribble something here, even if it's a random thought.
In the meantime, Donald Trump won the republican nomination; India won couple of medals at Rio Olympics; prime minister Narendra Modi became the most followed Indian on Twitter; Linus Torvalds was happily chatting with Microsoft employees at LinuxCon, and in no way close to qualifying to be mentioned next to any of these happenings, my blog quietly celebrated its 4th anniversary. yay ;)

ಐದು ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ

ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ , ದಿನಗೂಲಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ . ಆ ದಿನದ ದಣಿವು, ಹಸಿವು, ನಿದ್ರೆ ತರುವ ಹುಮ್ಮಸ್ಸಿನ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ 
ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ಹೊಲ ಉಳುವ ರೈತ. ಹದದ ಮಳೆ, ಬಿಸಿಲು, ಗಾಳಿ ನನ್ನ ಪಾಲಿನ ವರ. ನಾ ಭೂತಾಯಿಯ ಪ್ರೀತಿಯ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ  .
ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಚಾಲಕ. ಚಲಿಸುವ ವಾಹನದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ತುತ್ತಿನ ಉಗಮ, ಸ್ಥಗಿತ ಸಂಚಾರವ ಮೆಟ್ಟಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ .
ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ದುಡಿಮೆಯೇ ದೇವರೆಂದು ನಂಬಿದ, ಜೀವನ ಸುಧಾರಿಸುವ ಕಸುಬುಗುಳ ನಂಬಿರುವ, ತೆರಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ .

ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ, ನಾನೊಬ್ಬ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ. ದೇಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿಗಾಗಿ ದುಡಿವೆನೆಂದು ಪಣತೊಟ್ಟ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ .
ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕನ ಕಷ್ಟ ತನಗೆ ಬರದಿರಲೆಂದು, ಕಷ್ಟ ಪಟ್ಟು ಲಂಚ ದುಡಿವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ.
ನೀತಿ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿಗಳ ತುಳಿದುಹಾಕುವ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ.
ಆಷಾಢಭೂತಿ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ .

ನಂಬಿ. ನಾನು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಐದು ವರ್ಷದ ಕಾರ್ಮಿಕ !

The Motivation

I'm convinced that there is a person who on my side can make every dream of mine come true, and help me realize how capable I'm. Nothing will intimidate me then, and I will not be discouraged no matter how difficult things get; as I will see the biggest motivation with me, to try again and again until I succeed, the craving reason to succeed.

But right now, I'm a mere machine run by food and water, climbing downstairs to get food, walking up to office for paycheck; slack and a pointless thought wandering without purpose.

Heaven And Hell

Without that loving company, even the most exquisite heaven is hell. That which I long for, every time I come across heaven.

And in its presence, hell, I suppose, will also be heaven.

Warn Yourself!

Warn yourself that you shouldn't assume you can walk in the dark just because you got a few steps right. You ought to mind every step or you fall.

When I solve a problem, or hear for a job interview is when I get an adrenaline rush. I hope I keep in mind, I'm just walking in the dark, and that I should mind every step, lest I fall, to remind myself that the best is yet to come, and I'm far from complete..

ಆಟ ಮುಗಿದಿಲ್ಲ, ನೀನಿನ್ನು ಸೋತಿಲ್ಲ!

ಹಸಿವಿರಲಿ, ಬಿಸಿಲಿರಲಿ, ಕರಗದ ಕಗ್ಗತ್ತಲಿರಲಿ,
ದೂರುವವರೇ ಗೆಲ್ಲಲಿ, ಹೂಡುವ ಪ್ರತಿ ಯತ್ನ ವಿಫಲವಾಗಲಿ,
ಗೆಲುವು ಮರೀಚಿಕೆಯಂತೆ ಕಾಡಲಿ, ಕಷ್ಟಗಳು ಕರೆಯದೆಯೇ ಬರಲಿ;

ನಿನ್ನ ನಡತೆ ಕೆಡದಿರಲಿ, ಮನಸು ಧೃತಿಕೆಡದಿರಲಿ,
ಮುಖದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಗು ಬಾಡದಿರಲಿ; ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದೇ ನೀ ಸದಾ ಬಯಸಲಿ;
ಆಟ ಮುಗಿದಿಲ್ಲ, ನೀನಿನ್ನು ಸೋತಿಲ್ಲವೆಂಬ ನಂಬಿಕೆ ಇರಲಿ!
